Return, Cancel Order & Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact us first before mailing back to us so we are aware of the issue and will be expecting the package.
Once an item has been received back, a refund minus the original shipping cost will be refunded back to the card used during the original purchase. Shipping cost rule may be waived on a case by case basis.
If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us immediately as we are usually working on your order to get it out to you quickly. A restocking fee may apply in certain circumstances.
A restocking fee is due to card payment processing fees that we have been charged for your purchase and return.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. This includes Mystery Box items as they are items considered in Clearance.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will provide you with our mailing address.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
